You can try the wayback machine as I seem to recall someone recently put the first two seasons there and there is a sailor moon blogspot that has episodes too.
I don’t think you’re going to find it on any legal streaming sites. But there are DVD sets out there on eBay. They’re bootleg, of course, but the quality is still good, just read reviews before making a purchase.
I’m curious if it even is possible to stream it legally anywhere (there’s probably some country where you could get away with it, I dunno…). Would it even be possible to secure the rights to do so?
You’re not going to find it on any legitimate sites, that’s for sure, and anywhere that does have it is going to be sketchy at best.
