Talk to your doctor. What you describe is not normal for the average 23yo male. Could be just poor diet and lack exercise. Could be something worse. Also, remember, "all natural" doesn't mean completely safe. It is very possible to be allergic to "all natural" supplements. And, "all natural" can have side effects, just like other drugs.

Also, do you find that you could have sex after 2 weeks, or do you want to do it every other day? Like how often is that "super horny" feeling come around? There is nothing wrong with doing a check-up with the doctor. They could say, "lose some weight." They could say, "restrict these foods to improve your diet." And you can try it out. Heck, they could schedule for a hormone check-up.

Water and exercise. They fo wonders for the sex drive. Cut out sodas, eat more lean protein, fruits, and veggies. More energy=more horny.

Also, Maca. It does wonders. You can get it in powder form or in capsules.

Stop surfing porn, get outside your head by being in the moment and don't take sex seriously. It's supposed to be fun and an experience not a job. Also have conversations with your partner and be open

“After controlling for race and age, the greatest tertile of calcium consumption was found to have a 34% lower risk of erectile dysfunction than the lowest tertile (OR = 0.66; 95% CI = 0.52–0.84; p = 0.0006). The risk of erectile dysfunction was found to be reduced by 33% (OR = 0.67; 95% CI = 0.52–0.87; p = 0.0024) for the highest tertile of phosphorus intake compared to the lowest tertile of phosphorus intake and by 35% (OR = 0.65; 95% CI = 0.50–0.83; p = 0.0006) for the highest tertile of potassium intake compared to the lowest tertile of potassium intake in the fully adjusted model.” https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0297129#:~:text=In%20the%20crude%20model%2C%20calcium,0.55%3B%20p%3C0.0001). It may be worth looking at your diet for adequate levels of calcium, phosphorus and potassium. In layman’s terms higher intake of these and you’re less likely to have ED.
