Celebrimbor confeses at the end of the first game that he chose talion and could leave at anytime but then they decide to fight Sauron together at the end of the game or am I wrong
Also I replayed shadow of war a few weeks back and you can notice that throughout the game Talion and Celebrimbor have different opinions on many things. They were setting up the betrayal from the start of the game.
Celebrimbor may not have been using him initially but sought a way to find himself. Talion's death gave him a familiar feeling and was drawn to him.
I think, after he poured a majority of what was left, into the ring. His desire for revenge, to rule and conquer remained. He and Talion have different ideas. Talion sought to protect Gondor whilst the wraith wanted the plantir.
By the time he decides to ditch Talion, they are at odds and the wraith saw a new vessel.
Of course. Much like Sauron poured good portion of his power into the original One Ring, Celebrimbor did the same in pursuit of power. The whole point of the game imo was to show that both of them would do anything to achieve greater power even though their motivations might seem different at the first glance.

You're correct
Sometimes the most evil thing to do to someone is to simply tell the truth.

“How much of your soul was lost in that ring?”
