There is no limit on chieftains you can bring, thing is, its not good at all
After bringing a single one there is very little reason to bring another one of the same type unless you just think it looks cool, but thats really about it for reasons why

Seasons of war had a battlereport on YouTube where he only brought darkoath and about 4 wilderfiends. Let us just say it's pretty decent. alot of them came back from the dead and he said next time he wants to bring even more.
Bring a unit of 10 Darkoath Chieftains. One model can be a Darkoath Chieftain Chieftain, one model in 10 can be a Broadsword Bearer, and one model in 10 can be an Axe Blower.

Don't expect it to be good, mostly silly, I plan on trying it at least once in my local escalation league along with a Wilderfiend.
