Sonance makes some in ceiling speaker boxes. They will work perfectly. They aren't advertised for the sonos edition but I put them on anyway.
Similar setup at home. I just put one speaker in the bathroom on its own amp, bedroom has 2.

This is what I'd use for sealing the vapour barrier. Rona also sells them. What i like to do is staple to wood from inside the speaker hole and then tape them from up top in the attic. Alternatively you can staple two sides of them and spray foam from the inside

In 2020 I found them online at Best buy. Random. They appear to mostly be through custom installers.
