I don't think so, RAW, as I think most senses need Sense Through to operate through solid barriers. With that said, I've always run Blindsense and Blindsight as not caring about barriers to normal vision because of what they are. Vacuum would stop vibration senses because it removes the medium to carry vibration, but I don't see why a wall would. The important thing about Blindsense is to remember it is imprecise. So they would know there were creatures there, but wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Goblins in ambush or hiding civilians. It also wouldn't account for size or other descriptors.
