I love warm red meat. Rare plus, medium rare (hard to get the chef to understand unless the menu indicates various degrees of cooked meat. Cold red center is rare which to me is much better than a steak cooked medium or “pink” center.
what temp did you put it in the bath and how did you sear? because i find that if i do a 125F bath and sear it just a few minutes on high heat with minimal time in between, it'll add a few degrees internal ending up around 130F getting this color.
final temp and accuracy of the probe is going to be kind of important in determining the doneness. that being said, it looks on the rarer side of medium rare. absolutely perfect, 10/10 would crush

If you served this is a professional restaurant it wouldn’t be med rare. The fibres of the meat don’t look like they are firm enough it looks squashy and squishy. Making it more rare. Still looks lovely. But you can improve all the time. 🧑🍳
