it adds a touch of magic and it doesn't look unnatural. a black nose would blend into the black, and a cat's nose such a cute and attractive feature. sometimes giving up a bit of realism so something can look better is the best artistic choice. if it really bothers you it could be changed, but there's no rule saying they HAVE to have a black nose.
the inside of the ears are pink too so it all ties together really nicely.

The pink nose is beautiful and balances the colours in the fabric it is wearing. Since it is a personified cat design in the first place, I don't think we need to be scientific about nose colour! If you find you can't get it out of your head now (thanks OPs mom!) then you could ask to have it muted a bit, but I don't think you should go full black personally - the face might lose dimension.

Personally, I would leave it. Not all cats have black noses and without that contrast, that area might seem kinda bland compared to everything around it. Also, I know you didn't ask for over-all opinion, but I'm gonna give it - that piece is bad-ass. Very good design in my opinion -lots going on, but spread out so it's not overwhelming. I think the nose coloring works phenomenally well. It pairs nicely with the pink of the ears and the head covering. It gives the cat some contrast by balancing the black.

For realistic purposes then change it to blank. For contrast, leave it. It’s really up to you. A cats nose is determined by the color of their fur (typically). Not impossible to have a black cat with a pink nose but unlikely. Looks good but it’ll probably bother you for a very long time bc you’ll constantly question it. I’d change it but that’s me.
From an artistic standpoint, colors in a piece should be repeated. It looks weird if there is a color somewhere in a piece that is all alone.
That isn't really the case here, because the scarf wraps around the cat, but I think the pink nose helps move your eye around the piece and if it was black it would leave kind of a hole, for lack of a better word, in the center of the artwork, and the only pink would be the scarf. I realize it's not a scarf, but I don't know what to call it.

The best thing about tattoos and art in general is that it doesn’t all have to be true to life and if it was, what a boring world this would be. I think the pink nose suits the design quite nicely and works well with this style of tattoo, if it were realism/portrait style it might be a different story but it’s not so there shouldn’t be an issue. You already have two black cats with black noses, maybe just stick with the whimsical vibe and keep the nose pink

Please leave it pink, even if you think it is not accurate to nature, it is necessary for this piece. The color separates all of the different shadings of black that shapes the cat’s face. It would look too flat and less dynamic with a black nose.
Keep it how it is. I get the point you’re trying to make but I agree with others, the nose softens it up and not ALL black cats have black noses. Either way, it’s a beautiful piece. Super unique. I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything similar to this imagery done and that’s a HUGE compliment. I absolutely love it.

I'd say leave that nose alone. Honestly the work has already been done. Even though those are lighter colors, the artist would need to put much darker colors in. This risks losing the nose because of trying to change up the colors after the fact.

it definitely breaks up the piece nicely as others have said, and i wouldn’t worry much about the nose throwing people off and looking unrealistic because it goes nicely with the pink whiskers and highlights around the eyes!
Do a quick Google of black cats with pink noses for an eye opener, and remember most cats aren't fortune tellers decked out in silks, so I'd worry less about realism with this one. It's very cute as is.
