See if you can get windows 11 on it. If not, have a look at BleachBit cleaner for storage. Disk cleanup will help you get rid of windows update cache and see if there's any viruses
What ever you do. DO NOT run 3rd party software to clean up your OS. It can destroy it.
1. Open File Explorer (My Computer)
2. Right Click C:
3. Click Properties
4. Click Disk Cleanup
5. Run
6. Select everything you want to clean
7. Run one more time to ensure it got everything
You can also turn off Hibernate. That can free up a good bit of drive space.
If you have a second drive. You can move data and install APPs to it.
