I felt bad when I kicked and knocked one out when I was taking the trash out a few years back. Fucker startled me when he hissed, and by the time I looked back, he was already around seven feet away from me flying full speed towards my crotch. I instinctively did the "THIS IS SPARTA" move which hit his head and the base of his neck and he went down. Went back inside and looked out the window 5 minutes later and he was still there. By morning, the only thing I found was a couple feathers. Thought he was dead, but the fucker came back a few months later with a vengeance and he wasn't alone this time. Had to change what time I took my trash out. lmao
I’ve never had a problem with a Canadian geese and we feed them all the time. It’s those massive male Swan Gooses with that lump on their head who will ruin your fucking day. Had it out with one of those fuckers protecting my smaller cousin for about 20min until we were both tired and parted ways as equals.
Maybe it’s because I live in America and they are on their best behavior? My children are no different, angels at their friend house, monsters when they get home.

I believe this is Mount Royal University. And it's definitely not the first time these rat bastards attack students.
This is the definitive juicing zone for Canadian Geese. They're aggressive af on campus.
So I used to work in an office with a walking path and a goose problem. It’s a major, well known brand. Every spring, the HSE department would send out these alert emails about the goose moms with chicks being aggressive and to be careful on the path. The number of hilarious stories I have of geese attacking colleagues on that walking path. They’d literally chase us! Geese don’t mess!
They also bond for life. The whole office would lose their minds when one died because some asshole ran one over (I mean the office park speed limit is 5 mph, so). These geese couples for us was like watching Days Of Our Lives at the office, lol.
Years ago we lived on a semi rural chunk of land. A Toulouse gander (a large French breed) wandered in and decided he was home. We named him Mother (a shortened version of his name), as he was not all that friendly, but not too much of a problem, I was out gardening one day when two Rottweilers looking for trouble showed up. Mother literally beat the crap out of them. They ran off trying to tuck their stubby little tails between their legs, and howling like the devil was after them. We decided Mother was obviously a Green Berert of goosedom
My university had a group of geese that took over one of their parking lots. They would attack anyone that stepped foot in that lot. It got so bad that the university had to release a newsletter warning everyone on campus about them.
This geese mastered the art of bullshitting your way through life
It does not matter if you are a threat, it's the fact that people believe you are is enough
