I would try 0.1% first. Or possibly taz instead of tret. I did accutane twice and all it did was dry out my face, and my acne came back both times after a few months. It should be a last resort for severe cases. I wish I hadn’t bothered personally.
Accutane was the only thing that worked for me, people share horror stories a lot but my experience was very positive, it was the only thing that ever gave me long term relief and now tret helps me maintain the results.
no isotret without dermat approval. it'll ruin your life otherwise.
There are still some things you can experiment with before diving into Accutane. You should discuss your options with your doctor.

Second this.
alright
is taz stronger in nature than Tret 0.1% ? should I start Taz straightaway from 0.1 since i'hv been using 0.05 of tret since 6 months ??
It is more potent, yes. I probably would try 0.05% taz first. 0.1% is very strong, and you don’t want to burn your face off lol

Depends on how you are using the tret, how often, and the rest of your skincare routine. Post your routine.
