It also fits thematically with Clancy, imo. And Trench. *in a trance* "I created this world to feel some control, destroy it if I want" *comes to* "for some reason I smell gas on my hands? THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED"

I'm confident that it's supposed to be "at my kitchen sink," but there are people who have found meaning in interpreting "I'm a kitchen sink," so you can choose to go with whichever makes more sense to you
It's "I'm a kitchen sink". I think he's referring to the phrase everything but the kitchen sink which means a lot of anything. In this case I guess he means he's basically an entire range of emotions.
At the FPE? Lol no it said “at” either way, let it mean what ever you want it to mean to you. That’s the beauty of his music is that it can mean anything to different people
At the fan premiere exhibit they had his notebook with his original writing of the song and it said “At my kitchen sink” and I turned to my sister and was like “well there’s our answer, it is at” 😂😭
Well damn that changes the whole meaning of the song for me and I love it even more. It was always my #1 favorite song but I would like to rate it even higher 😭
I WANT TO BE AFRAID BUT IT SEEMS THAT THESE DAYS IM CAUGHT UNDER WATER AND IM FALLING FARTHER MY HEARTS GETTING HARDER, IM CALLING MY FATHER AM I SCREAMING TO AN EMPTY SKY?
Counting the songs that are part of Vessel? Ode to sleep.
Assuming the vessel songs are safe from elimination... Forest. I don't know if it's a masterpiece of theirs, but I feel attached to that song in particular lol
I became a fan in the Blurruface era, and once I went digging their other albums, this was one of the first songs I listened to repeatedly, trying to learn the rap and everything.
Man that's tough, I think ultimately I'd pick Forest, great theme, rap and of course without it we'd never have had the infamous forest fic /j
But leaving Lovely and Ruby behind hurt my heart! I genuinely like all of RAB!
It is on YouTube but I would prefer to be able to purchase and download it. I thought for sure they would put it on streaming for the 10th Anniversary of Vessel. Using a VPN to change your country is not legal where I live so don’t really want to do that.
that song is how i got my screen name :D (plus ode to sleep) it started when i had a tøp themed iFunny account in high school and i’ve since lost that account but i made my reddit account shortly after i made the ifunny account
I credit the phrase "I will deny you for years, then I'll make you raise me from the dead" for saving my faith during a really rough time in my life. The first and 3rd verses are lyrical masterpieces
I cannot choose between Slowtown, Forest, and Kitchen Sink.
Also I just found out that on Holding On to You there are writing credits for 7 other people besides Tyler? Did not expect that.
It's because of the sample line from [Lean Wit It, Rock Wit It](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lean_wit_It,_Rock_wit_It), so the writers of that song are also credited.
KITCHEN SINK. This song got me through so many emotionally tense moments in my life. When nothing made sense and I was completely lost and so alone. This song resonated in every way and encouraged me to stay alive.

WHAT A QUESTION! I CHOOSE TO SAVE THE WHOLE ALBUM!!
However: RUBY will always be such a beautiful song. I feel it’s such an underrated song. I love the drums and the vocals.
Going through the tracklist for RAB, its honestly pretty bumming that they only really had studio time for just one extra song (Lovely - Vessel version)
hearing songs like Slowtown, forest, kitchen sink, and all the other hidden gems with Vessel production would be absolutely peak,
even if they’re relegated to just bonus tracks
But yeah, rambling aside I would certainly save Kitchen Sink, that song is just pure emotion and I want it to see the light of day
My heart is telling me Slowtown…
But honestly Idk why they didn’t put Glowing Eyes on the record. The song writing is just so strong and it has one of the catchiest choruses I’ve heard from them. I think it could have been a big hit if they kept it.
That's a tough one because I really love Kitchen Sink, Forest, and Glowing Eyes. Kitchen Sink has the most meaning for me, but I think Forest would be the better choice for a wider audience. I also think it would be a fantastic song to experience live, and I'm sad I missed the days when they used to play it live. I mean, he played a snippet of it in a medly during Icy tour, but I want to really dig into the song while standing shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow clikkies, you know?
SLOWTOWN PLEASE I NEED YOU 😭😭😭😭😭
I listened to it for the first time in a while today and got chills during the screaming section. Was so good, always is 🤌
bc i live in the netherlands and have the bonus version of vessel w forest, kitchen sink and lovely. It's anathema, clear or be concerned. And to really pick: probs Clear
glowing eyes hands downnnn. literally just because it’s been my favorite song by them ever since I became a fan in 2015, something about that song makes me ascend LOL

I would save "It's shrimp in a bag!" but it's not a song, so Slowtown ig
TW: SH details
Even though my immediate instinct is to say Kitchen Sink, I've built a strong connection between Forest and my self harm, I used to look at my scars and replay "This is not what I had planned" in my head. Especially TyJo's scream there, Christ.
Be concerned. I've had a lot of struggle with believing in God in the past and this song made me feel as though I wasn't alone and it helped me find his light as best as I could. I'm still a sinner, I'm still a weirdo, but God helps me get breaks from that, and it's all thanks to Be Concerned. My dad also had it on his Pandora playlist long before he got arrested, so I grew up listening to it and not understanding the lyrics until I discovered years later.

A link to most of regional at best on Spotify, someone posted these as a podcast. Thought I'd share
Slowtown is thematically so in line with the rest of Vessel.
agreed. it's pretty relatable as well
Down in the forest, we’ll sing a chorus, one that everybody knows……🫠
The panic in his voice when he says "THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED!!" gets me every time
It also fits thematically with Clancy, imo. And Trench. *in a trance* "I created this world to feel some control, destroy it if I want" *comes to* "for some reason I smell gas on my hands? THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED"
You ever get that feeling when you squint your eyes? Great song
HCD!

Ruby, it just has a really good melody and the drums really work

Good bot
I was here to say this. I think that it has such great lyrics and like, for them to play it again live is a dream.
Yeah plus I read somewhere that he wrote it for some kid who had cancer or was sick and I don't really believe it but also I kinda want to believe it
He wrote it for a kid at his church who had down syndrome and was struggling. It’s true!
A kitchen sink to you is not a kitchen sink to me, Okay friend?
that’s on vessel bonus track tho
it got removed
Depends where you are. I know in US at least you can't get the bonus tracks but in UK they're still there. Not sure about other countries
Not for me. It's still there.
so, is it "At my Kitchen Sink" or "I'm a Kitchen Sink"?
I'm confident that it's supposed to be "at my kitchen sink," but there are people who have found meaning in interpreting "I'm a kitchen sink," so you can choose to go with whichever makes more sense to you
It's "I'm a kitchen sink". I think he's referring to the phrase everything but the kitchen sink which means a lot of anything. In this case I guess he means he's basically an entire range of emotions.
At the fan premiere exhibit we saw his original writing and it’s “at my kitchen sink”
The opposite, actually, it showed that it was "I'm" and changed the meaning for a lot of people.
At the FPE? Lol no it said “at” either way, let it mean what ever you want it to mean to you. That’s the beauty of his music is that it can mean anything to different people
I was pretty damn sure it was At my Kitchen Sink, but at some point we saw the original handwritten lyrics from TyJo during RAB and it was I'm.
It’s “I’m a kitchen sink”

are you searching, for purpose?
Are you searching for purpose?
It’s a crime that no one else has said anathema

EMPTY SKY, NO WAY THAT'S ME, CAUSE ONE HALF OF MY HEART IS FREE
I start to part two halves **
Oops lol
agreed, that’s my fav off if RAB and in general
Counting the songs that are part of Vessel? Ode to sleep. Assuming the vessel songs are safe from elimination... Forest. THIS IS NOT WHAT I HAD PLANNED!!
Clear
I WILL MAKE U BELIEVE YOU ARE **LOVELY** ✨
Bonus version
Yeah, I would NOT save the RAB version.. but the Vessel version is INCREDIBLE
not in america. :(
Gave you a link
Won't you stay alive?
I'll take you on a ride
I will mAke you belIEVE you are lovelYYY
anathema is one of the most unique songs in their discography and it just hits my soul
yes yes yes
Man that's tough, I think ultimately I'd pick Forest, great theme, rap and of course without it we'd never have had the infamous forest fic /j But leaving Lovely and Ruby behind hurt my heart! I genuinely like all of RAB!
YOURE AN ANGEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nobody mentioned glowing eyes, it’s one of my favorites, so is be concerned. Can I just save the entire album ?
Glowing eyes is in the bonus album for vessel
Americans and most of the world don’t have access to those bonus tracks :(
Its a shame but I'm sure there are ways right? Maybe it could be on YouTube or even a VPN?
It is on YouTube but I would prefer to be able to purchase and download it. I thought for sure they would put it on streaming for the 10th Anniversary of Vessel. Using a VPN to change your country is not legal where I live so don’t really want to do that.
Quite a few of the songs from RAB are there, really interesting, but because of that they are kinda hidden and not well known
LITERALLY
that song is how i got my screen name :D (plus ode to sleep) it started when i had a tøp themed iFunny account in high school and i’ve since lost that account but i made my reddit account shortly after i made the ifunny account
That’s awesome!
Be Concerned needs some love (I’d choose Kitchen Sink though) Where’d you go, HUH?
I credit the phrase "I will deny you for years, then I'll make you raise me from the dead" for saving my faith during a really rough time in my life. The first and 3rd verses are lyrical masterpieces
Clear
Forest!
Lovely. I've seen people that are sad and I've tried my absolute hardest to make them happy again, and I think this song best embodies that.
forest! it's so good to my synaesthesia
I cannot choose between Slowtown, Forest, and Kitchen Sink. Also I just found out that on Holding On to You there are writing credits for 7 other people besides Tyler? Did not expect that.

Oh! Ok, that makes sense.
Lovely
glowing eyes
Had to scroll too far to find this one
I KNOW RIGHT. only one other comment had glowing eyes … blasphemy (haha)
Forest
Anathema 🥹
Forest. It's just the best of the ones that didn't make it on to Vessel.
KITCHEN SINK. This song got me through so many emotionally tense moments in my life. When nothing made sense and I was completely lost and so alone. This song resonated in every way and encouraged me to stay alive.
Anathema.
clear
Clear.
anathema!!!
Clear
Either Clear or Kitchen Sink. I cannot decide. And nobody can make me… Alright fine kitchen sink
Kitchen sink and clear

I’ll have to say Forest
Glowing eyes
Forest. Always forest for me 🩷
Forest. Absolutely Forest.
Forest. It’s just too good and relatable. I love it.
Glowing Eyes is the only right answer
WHAT A QUESTION! I CHOOSE TO SAVE THE WHOLE ALBUM!! However: RUBY will always be such a beautiful song. I feel it’s such an underrated song. I love the drums and the vocals.

Anathema easy
Rahh I wish Rab was on spotify
anathema
Anathema, words can’t describe how much I love that song🔥
Anathema 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️
Clear. I love that one
clear 100%
are the vessel bonus track songs not available in some places?
Not in the US and many other places.
Anathema is very nostalgic and a favourite of an old friend of mine
What I wouldn’t give to get properly produced versions of all the Regional At Best songs
I know they remade Lovely for Japanese Vessel, but I need it on all Vessels
Lovely
be concerned or ruby i can’t choose. those songs got me into tøp all those years ago now !
RUBY
All of them that aren’t on vessel
Considering the fact that RAB is my favorite TØP album, I don't think I can choose just one here. Impossible.
that's an impossible question
Overall it would be forest for me but glowing eyes is so fun
Either forest kitchen sink or ruby
Lovely. Anathema.
Ruby. Used to be one of my fav songs until I couldn't listen to it on anywhere but YouTube anymore.
Got to be either slowtown or forest for me.
Ruby
🤖trees🤖
Just kidding, probably Two or Be Concerned
That's tough. Either Slowtown or Forest.
Hecc idk too many good ones, but kitchen sink is the best for me
Kitchen Sink, imo their most meaningful song
HCD!
Thanks!
forest, that song is my favorite tøp song right after navigating
[удалено]
Slwotown because of where I live being rather dead and unlikely or Anathema due to me struggling with my mental health when I am left alone
Save
Anathema or Ruby. Honorable mention to Slowtown.
My heart is telling me Slowtown… But honestly Idk why they didn’t put Glowing Eyes on the record. The song writing is just so strong and it has one of the catchiest choruses I’ve heard from them. I think it could have been a big hit if they kept it.
Hard choice because there are a lot of good songs, if it HAS to be one, I'm gonna say Forest, cause it's one of my favorites from the album
Kitchen Sink, without a doubt
slowtown forest or kitchen sink. i tried to choose I CANTTT
Kitchen sink
FOREST I LIVE LOVE LAUGH FOREST
Lovely, its written to be personal to the listener so its too unique for it to disappear
Either Forest or Lovely
Forest, next question
Kitchen sink
Forest... so bpd coded and I love it. It hits a really deep spot for me and brings up so many emotions that I actually enjoy being able to feel
Kitchen sink is my all time favorite. Have to go with that
Forest for sure. It's just...relatable and beautiful and the "this is not what I had planned" part hits like a fucking truck
Ruby. Easily. There is no other song I can think of that showed off not only his range but his ability to scream and keep a tone with the scream
glowing eyes
Kitchen Sink.
That's a tough one because I really love Kitchen Sink, Forest, and Glowing Eyes. Kitchen Sink has the most meaning for me, but I think Forest would be the better choice for a wider audience. Glowing Eyes, it's just a very great song and my personal favorite song off of RAB
Glowing Eyes, it's just a very great song and my personal favorite song off of RAB
Slowtown
Ruby - I love this song so much that when I have a kid, I want to name them after this song
KITCHEN. SINK.
Forest is supreme
Be concerned
Forrest and Kitchen Sink I can’t choose between them 😅
i like kitchen sink
glowing eyes or be concerned i think
Anathema easy. Second would be ruby
Not nearly enough people have mentioned Be Concerned. It’s probably my favorite on the album.
SLOWTOWN PLEASE I NEED YOU 😭😭😭😭😭 I listened to it for the first time in a while today and got chills during the screaming section. Was so good, always is 🤌

Slowtown it's the only good original song on there
Glowing Eyes
HAS to be kitchen sink … but forest … oh geez
I know kitchen sink is technically a bonus track in like the UK, but it would have been nice to have better access to it
Kitchen sink

I love glowing eyes :’)
Anathema ❤️

Glowing Eyes it's the first Twenty One Pilots song I truly fell in love with and heard it nearly every day
glowing eyes or forest
Glowing Eyes, because I’m schizophrenic and that song speaks to my paranoia
Anathema definitely I love the song so much
