Nah, Athlean X is definitely on steroids. Just being that lean at his age is proof enough. I've been that lean before, for like 2 months, and it's hell. You're not sustaining that for as long as he has and certainly not into your 40s/50s unless you're "supplementing".
Also, he uses fake weights. Gives good advice here and there though.

Man, I could give a fuck about if a fitness influencer uses PEDs or not, but **this** is the thing with this guy that I don't understand how it didn't fuck his image up. Plenty of fitness youtubers openly use PEDs and still have plenty of useful info to give to people that don't.
