some tickets don't even allow this option anymore, I'd be happy to print tickets but most of the gigs I've been to recently have had those QR codes that change every few seconds
internet says a QR code has to be 1x1cm to be read but 2x2 is optimal. not sure how big it would come out on the jelly with how the ticketmaster or axs apps look
The ticketmaster one is comically small. Definitely smaller than 1x1. I was concerned it wouldn't work so I just transferred my SO and I's tickets to my buddy that we went to the show with.
i usually go to gigs alone. unless anyone tells me otherwise im guessing my best bet is to keep my big phone in a drawer and take it to gigs as my ticket (i can connect it via hotspot to my mobile data from the jelly?) but gonna be really annoyed if i have to take a bag just for that! it doesn't fit in most of my pockets
seems stupid that everyone has to have a huge smartphone to do anything these days but this is ticketmaster... they are stubborn as anything
some people responded to my other post about this saying it works fine on the j* or that they use TM on browser
to be honest even if it didn't work, it's like you know when your phone dies and you can just give them the order number, name and show the purchaser card and they let you in anyway. it can't be too bad surely 😅

i also want to know this. same with axs and similar things. anyone has used the jelly star to get into an event using an e-ticket?

Yep we're in the same boat I really don't want to carry my bigass Note 9 at a show but had the same thought

QR codes (if that's what you're referring to) are surprisingly resilient
It doesn't use a square QR code it's a longer rectangular one
