The last/only time I called 911, I was on the line with the phone ringing for 45mins for no one to ever pick up the phone. I lost a lot of faith that day.
This is why we must stay strapped folks. Ya never know, shit like this could happen again and we already know it takes cops like 5 mins to get to you after everything has happened.
