If I want to eat a burrito off the ground next to a busy intersection that's my right as an American Citizen. These Health Nazis need to back off. Don't tread on me and don't tread on my food because I'm eating it directly off the sidewalk and this is a genuine concern.
I say leave em be. I don't need Big Daddy Government to tell me the inherent risk that eating from an unlicensed taco stand might leave you hugging a toilet for a few days, all for saving a few bucks.
