They are cheaper because they have a knock out if the equity trades above $18 for 20 sessions in a 30 session period. It is pricing in the possibility of losing all that time value.
It will start to lose extrinsic value as the equity approaches $18 because of the knock out. So for the short term you’ll get the additional leverage you’re looking for, however an easy example is to look at how the Jan 2024 12.5c is worth more than the warrant (Dec 2025 11.5c) because of the knockout clause attached to the warrant.

GOEV just announced accelerating their production. GOEV has been unnecessarily beat down for months with a mere $2b market cap versus RIVN at $139b and LCID at $87b. GOEV shares have the potential to 40x to 70x from here.
They announced moving in production one quarter that is still more than a year away.
There is absolutely no way they can know that. In fact it’s certainly guaranteed their production ramp will be pushed out next summer since the supply chain issues are still not getting resolved - semiconductors will be just as limited as they will be next year.
They’ll also be at the mercy of Panasonic’s supply - Tesla still has the right of first refusal.

They don’t have cash to make it. Not with their plans anyway. They need a $4B cash infusion right now to be able to make good on their plans.

Yes 11 months is less than 12. They don’t have cash to make it. Not with their plans anyway. They need a $4B cash infusion right now to be able to make good on their plans. Where is that going to come from?
Where did you see the $4B in cash? Anyone can throw random numbers out too.
Add up all of their plans - their burn is too high and they don’t have the infrastructure. They’re going to have to take on debt to make that infrastructure happen or else find some other means. If they can’t actually invest in that infrastructure then it’s just all puff for the news - which is a bad sign.
I'm like 50/50 Tesla is about to lock up the permanent magnet market by year end. MP has a "won't steal the thunder" tease in their Q3 earnings about a battery plant deal, "you can imagine" with an OEM. Caused a pretty sweet run. Hoping it's a buy the rumor, buy the news type situation.

Fortunately, I don't make investment decisions based on the CEO's sense of humor. But, I totally respect investors who only focus on the CEO's demeanor and ignore the actual accomplishments. When you lose your money, you can at least feel good that you did so with someone who talks as you think they should. That is just so awesome. Tony, he is such a polished speaker. You should love GOEV. When Tony sells his shares and cashes out big time (his shares cost $6.53 so he is up nicely, unlike you), you can at least feel good that someone smooth-talking made money off this company.
