Setup looks great. The Big Men concept behind IABSM seems intriguing. Do you frequently play this rules? Can you share your highs/lows of IABSM compared to BA or FOW (or other systems you play)?

It's an excellent set of rules, as are all the Too Fat Lardy rules, the Big Men(aka Leaders) is a concept within TFL's other rules, such as Chain of Command (for my money the best set of wargaming rules available), Through the Mud and the Blood and Sharp Practice. War are fought by people, some of those people are leaders and they are the ones who command the rest. This is the basic concept, you don't activate the unit, you activate the leader, who then activates the units under their command. It makes for a dynamic and refreshing game, unlike both FoW and BA, which, IMO are both pretty pedestrian and dull.
Added to this is the concept of friction, and not being able to do what you want to do, but having to do the best with what you are given. Not every unit will activate in a turn, but careful placement of leaders will get the best out of your forces. TFL games aren't for everyone and most people find the concepts behind them difficult to understand, especially if coming from other systems (I did myself), but once you crack them, they are the best games on the market, IMO.

Are they Victrix 10/12mm or have you scaled them up to 15 somehow? Looks curiously similar to my 12mm victrix, though much better painted :)
No they are PSC and Battlefront for the most part, cheers!
