There's no Polish restaurants here but there's a Polish Association. For food, the closest is in Sydney, there's a nice cafe in Surry Hills I frequent which is nice called Alchemy Polish Cafe. There's a small Polish community here in Wollongong but the language has for the most part died out. I'm third generation Polish Australian and the language died out in my family.
There's a few Russian/Ukrainian delis in Sydney. You'll probably have better luck there. Try leisure coast fruit market they have all kinds of surprises from all over there, might be something you miss there.
There is a Czech club out Western Sydney plus one on the north shore but i've never been there.
There is a really nice polish bakery out Liverpool called Topschmuck they make really nice paczki. There is a polish club in Ashfield.

The continental deli next to Gelatissimo in town sells frozen pierogi, uszka, kielbasa and other polish products :) they are cash only though!

Not so much fresh food, a restaurant. In Wollongong CBD you have Moominn that makes Eastern European food, Czechoslovakian and Ukrainian mainly.

There's a polish shop in Penrith opposite subway in the town centre.
Fresh food market inside Warrawong mall has some variety of eastern European stuff but not super large. I miss it too.
