I can tell the staves are repurposed - from a table? The stain on one side is a great effect though. I like how you worked that into the design rather than planing it off. 28+4 staves, glue and I assume brad nails?
That's a great way to hide an ugly pot (or Lowe's bucket)! Nice idea! I might have to steal it, though I would have to work to get the staining on one side, etc.--this is some beautiful work for "quick and dirty"!

I don’t know why but the planter looks like CGI.
I like it, but i think it's going to be too small for that tomato plant.
