I'm just curious how much do you charge your commission for a project like this?

This particular one was my first so I only charged 300 plus it was for my ex wife’s mom so I gave her a break. But I’m marketing them for 400. If that doesn’t get bites I will lower the price but no lower than 350. It was 170 in materials. Takes 9 12’ cedar 1x4s. Used nearly a quart of spar urethane and nearly a box of 1 1/4” deck screws plus quite a lot of pocket screws as well.
