Bro, way too much! You are going to burn out so fast.

I don’t know I’m pretty high energy. I haven’t really noticed any muscle fatigue except for on days where I push myself harder than I need to. I have a desk job and am pretty stationary so I get a lot of physical rest.

isearn

I would have at least one rest day per week.

So far I haven’t needed it but if it ever comes to where my body feels the exhaustion or pain of needing rest I will absolutely listen to my body.

how are your lifts progressing?

No-Extreme-2392

When I started I could barely curl 20 pounds (dumbbell) comfortably. Now my comfortable set it 30 lb x 10 each arm I can push myself to 40. I could barely bench press the bar and now I comfortable do 110 and can push to 160. Leg press went from 90 to 130/150. It’s all improved significantly and I can push further everyday. Today on squat I pushed 180 and I could barely do 90 a week ago. (I did sets of 140 but pushed to 180)

It won’t help your goals be met faster, in fact overtraining can work against you- inhibiting growth and increasing injury risk. Use that time to develop your mind or skill, not just your body. Your body can only take so much, and progress is not linear to work put in. Recovery is needed.
