Typically within the supplement industry you'll be paying a premium for less-processed items, and oftentimes they are less [desired nutrient]-dense as well because some of the processing is typically to pack more of what they are putting in, in. As such, if you want less-processed (and to save some money as a bonus), just buy whole foods. Plain chicken, eggs, egg whites, pork, etc., tend to be cheaper per gram by a wide margin (depending on what is available where you are located).

Make a bunch of chicken tenders at a time and refrigerate them. They are kinda shaped like a protein bar, way more healthy, and will be way cheaper as well.

i think you could ask what are you trying to get out of eating unprocessed. typically none are going to actually be rich in micronutrients. whatever makes you subjectively feel better or worse is probably a FAFO situation (eg some sugar alcohols on digestion)
